Privacy policy

Last updated 14 August 2026

This policy applies to thaitalkai.com and the ThaiTalk service that turns photos into talking videos. We process personal data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Data controller

ThaiTalk (thaitalkai.com) is the controller of personal data collected through the service. For privacy questions, use the contact page.

Data we collect

Account: email, display name, hashed password (or Google account data if you sign in that way), and credit balance. Content you submit: images, scene prompts, dialogue, and audio used to clone a voice. Usage: generation history, job status, and credit transactions. Technical: session cookies required to stay signed in, and basic browser data used to keep the service secure.

How we use data

We use data to create your account, generate videos and voice clones, manage credits and payments, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.

Photos, voice and generated videos

Images, dialogue and audio you upload are sent to our processors so we can generate videos or clone a voice. You confirm you have the right to use that content. Finished videos stay attached to your account so you can download them. We may delete files when they are no longer needed to provide the service, or when you delete your account.

Payments

Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We keep only what we need to add credits, such as user id, pack, credit amount and the Stripe transaction id.

Processors

We use service providers to operate ThaiTalk: • Supabase — accounts, database and file storage • Stripe — payments • OpenAI — scene prompt assistance • ElevenLabs — text-to-speech and voice cloning • Higgsfield — image-to-video generation These providers may process data outside Thailand under their own agreements and safeguards.

Cookies

We use cookies and browser storage only as needed for sign-in, language and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep account and job data while your account is active. After you delete your account or request deletion, we delete or de-identify the data within a reasonable time unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may access, correct, delete, object to or restrict processing of your data, request a copy, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Send requests through the contact page. We may need to verify your identity first.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that an account was created by a child, we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when a new version is published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
